My Driver - Driver Logs, Trip Reports & Daily Inspections

This app provides a unique, mobile, and paperless solution for transportation companies and their drivers, as well as independent drivers, to stay in sync while automating their required forms. No more need for your drivers, or you, to jog your memory and fill out paper forms each day, everything is done automatically. You, or your drivers, specify which tracking activity they are currently doing - driving, on-duty not driving, off-duty, or sleeper berth - and the app does the work.

Features:

+ User information - upon first launch, basic user information, which is required on all forms, is collected. This solves entering this same information each and every day. Its collected once, and thats it.

+ Logs - form will auto-populate with the collected user information, then all tracking time and miles, up to the minute, will automatically display on the log. After midnight, the current log can be emailed to as many destinations as needed. No more chasing down drivers for the forms which allows you to use your time more productively meaning more money saved.

+ Trip Reports - again, form will auto-populate with the collected user information, and the app will auto-populate the rest of the needed information onto the form. The app will accurately identify the date, route, odometer reading, and miles as the event occurs. Fuel receipts can also be attached easily, as needed. You will be prompted with the camera, snap a photo of the receipt and it will be attached to the report when emailed.

+ Daily Inspection - this is part of the Daily Log. All information needed to perform your Pre-Trip Inspection is there, even an avenue for a mechanics signature.

+ Hours of Service Summary - whether you are running 60 hours/7 days or 70 hours/8 days, the app takes the information directly from the submitted Daily Logs and completes this form. This form provides the exact information he needs to remain compliant.

+ Location tracking - supervisors can track the location of their drivers (both sides have to accept this relationship).

+ Notifications are sent to supervisors from their drivers when they leave/arrive at designated locations.
